BY-LAW NO. 4474/94
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 67 and 68, Plan 4OM-
1729, Pickering (Otonabee Drive and Seguin Square) as
public highway.
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 67 and 68, Plan 40M-
I 729, Pickering, and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Block 67, Plan 40M-1729, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway (Otonabee Drive).
2. Block 68, Plan 40M-1729, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway (Seguin Square).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 2nd day of August, 1994.
