BY-LAW NO, 4441/94
Being a by-law to dedicate those parts of Lot 21,
Concession 1, Pickering, designated as Parts 23, 60, 61
and 62, Plan 40R-7765 and Parts 6, 7, 8, 9, 15 and 16
Plan 40R-10070 (The Esplanade North)
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of those parts of Lot 21,
Concession 1, Picketing, designated as Parts 23, 60, 61 and 62, Plan 40R-7765 and Parts 6, 7, 8, 9, 15
and 16 Plan 40R-10070 and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Those parts of Lot 21, Concession 1, Picketing, designated as Parts 23, 60, 61 and 62, Plan 40R-
7765 and Parts 6, 7, 8, 9, 15 and 16 Plan 40R-10070 are hereby dedicated as public highway.
(The Esplanade North).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 6th day of June, 1994.
