BY-LAW NO. 4425/94
Being a by-law to appoint Stephen J. Reynolds as the
Director of Culture and Recreation, and to appoint
Everett Buntsma as the Director of Parks and Facilities,
effective May 1, 1994
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 207.45 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter
M.45, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering may pass by-laws for appointing such
officers and employees as may be necessary for the purposes of the Corporation;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Stephen J. Reynolds is hereby appointed Director of Culture and Recreation of The Corporation
of the Town of Pickering, effective May 1, 1994.
2. Everett Buntsma is hereby appointed Director of Parks and Facilities of The Corporation of the
Town of Pickering, effective May 1, 1994.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 3rd day of May, 1994.
