BY-LAW NO. 4395/94
Being a by-law to dedicate that part of Lot 8, Plan 282,
Pickering, designated as Part 13, Plan 40R-11207, as
public highway (Oakburn Street; LD 127/93)
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of that part of Lot 8, Plan 282,
Pickering, designated as Part 13, Plan 40R-I 1207 and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That part of Lot 8, Plan 282, Pickering, designated as Part 13, Plan 40R-11207 is hereby
dedicated as public highway (Oakbum Street).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21st day of February, 1994.
