HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 4572/95 THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW NO. 4572/95 Being a by-law to authorize the execution ora Transfer of Easement from Pickering Square Inc. to The Corporation of the Town of Pickering over those parts of Park Lot, Plan 509, Pickering, designated as Parts I and 2, Plan 40R-15489. WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering requires a storm sewer easement over those parts of Park Lot, Plan 509, designated as Parts I and 2, Plan 40R-15489 for the purpose of draining storm water; WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions section 191 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chap. M.45, the Council of the Town may pass by-laws for acquiring interests in lands; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Transfer of Easement, in the form attached hereto as Schedule A, from Picketing Square Inc. to The Corporation of the Town of Picketing, over those parts of Park Lot, Plan 509, Pickering, designated as Parts I and 2, Plan 40R-15489. BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of February, 1995.
