BY-LAW NO. 4567 /95
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 66, Plan 40M-1441,
Pickering (Meriadoc Drive) as public highway.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 66, Plan 40M-1441,
Pickering and wishes to dedicate it as public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Block 66, Plan 40M-1441, Picketing, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Meriadoc Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of February, 1995.
