Being a by-law to dedicate Block 66, Plan 40M-1832,
Picketing (While Cedar Drive) as public highway.
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Block 66, Plan 40M-1832,
Pickering, and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Block 66, Plan 40M-1832, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway (White Cedar
Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 2nd day of December, 1996.
