BY-LAW NO. 4881/96
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 48, Plan 40M-
1836, Picketing (Silver Maple Drive) as public
highway.
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 48, Plan 40M-
I 836, Picketing, and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 48, Plan 40M-1836, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Silver
Maple Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 2nd day of December, 1996.
