Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 46 and 47, Plan 40M-
1836, Pickering (White Cedar Drive) as public highway.
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 46 and 47, Plan 40M-
1836, Pickering, and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Blocks 46 and 47, Plan 40M-1836, Pickering, are hereby dedicated as public highway (White
Cedar Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 2nd day of December, 1996.
