By-LAW NO, 4879/96
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 170, Plan 40M-1810,
Pickering (Stroud's Lane) as public highway.
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Block 170, Plan 40M-1810,
Picketing, and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Block 170, Plan 40M-1810, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Stroud's Lane).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 2nd day of December, 1996.
