BY-LAW NO. 4878/96
Being a by-law to dedicate those parts of Lot 91, Registrar's
Compiled Plan 1051, Picketing, designated as Parts I and 2,
Plan 40R-16432, (Fairport Road) as public highway.
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of those parts of Lot 91, Registrar's
Compiled Plan 1051, Picketing, designated as Parts 1 and 2, Plan 40R-16432, and wishes to dedicate them as
public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Towo of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Those parts of Lot 91, Registrar's Compiled Plan 1051, Pickering, designated as Parts 1 and 2, Plan 40R-
16432, are hereby dedicated as public highway (Fairport Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 2nd day of December, 1996.
