BY-LAW NO. 4876/96
Being a by-law to dedicate Block, 26 and 27, Plan 40M-
1231, Picketing (Pickering Parkway) as public highway.
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 26 and 27, Plan 40M-
1231, Pickering, and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
I. Blocks 26 and 27, Plan 40M-1231, Picketing, are hereby dedicated as public highway (Pickering
Parkway).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 18th day of November, 1996.
