BY-LAW NO, 4874/96
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 179, Plan 40M-
1810, (White Cedar Drive) Pickering as public
highway.
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 179, Plan 40M-1810,
Pickering, and wishes to dedicate that land as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Block 179, Plan 40M-1810, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway (White Cedar
Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 18th day of November 1996.
