BY-LAW NO, 4871/96
Being a by-law to authorize the sale of surplus municipal
lands being Part of Lot 35, Concession 1 and part of the
Road Allowance between Lots 34 and 35, Concession 1,
Pickering, designated as Parts 4-34, Plan 40R-16978.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering desires to sell part of the surplus lands to the
owner of the abutting lands;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Those lands lying and being in the Town of Pickering, in the Regional Municipality of Durham
legally described as Part of Lot 35, Concession 1 and part of the Road Allowance, between Lots
34 and 35, Pickering, and being mom particularly set out as Parts 4-34, Plan 40R-16978 shall be
sold to the abutting owners on Pine Grove Avenue.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 4th day of November, 1996.
