BY-LAW NO. 4869/96
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 222, Plan 40M-1499,
Picketing (Marshcourt Drive) as public highway.
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 222, Plan 40M-1499,
Picketing, and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Block 222, Plan 40M-1499, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway (Marshcourt Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 4th day of November, 1996.
