BY-LAW NUMBER 4862/96
Being a by-law to amend By-law Number 4547/94 to appoint
persons to various agencies, boards and committees.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing enacted By-law
Number 4547/94 on December 19, 1994 to appoint persons to various agencies, boards
and committees: and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to appoint Councillor Johnson to the Committee of
Adjustment for a further one year term to expire on November 30, 1997;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Section 4 of By-law N-tuber 4547/94, as amended by By-law Number 4693/95, is
hereby further amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Councillor lohnson from December 1, 1995 to November 30, 1996
and substituting therefore the following:
Councillor Johnson from December 1, 1996 to November 30, 1997
2. This by-law shah take effect on December 30, 1996.
By-law read a first, second and third tune and finally passed this 21st day of October,
1996.
