BY-LAW NO. 48~8/96
Being a by-law to change the name of Part
Hogarth Street to Valley Ridge Crescent, Plan
410, Pickering, being Part 1, Plan 40R-17220.
WHEREAS, pursuant to section 210.111 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter M.45, the
council of a local municipality may pass by-laws for giving names to or changing the names of
highways on public property;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Part Hogarth Street, Plan 410, Picketing, being Part 1, Plan 40R- 17220 is hereby renamed
Valley Ridge Crescent.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21st day of October, 1996.
