Being a by-law to exempt Lots 10, 11, 23 and 27, Plan
40M-1792 Pickering, from part lot control
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13, the
council of the municipality may by by-law provide that section 50(5) of the Act does not apply to certain
lands within a plan of subdivision designated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Section 50(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.13, does not apply to the lands
described as follows:
Lots 10, 11,23 and 27, Plan 40M-1792, Pickering.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 7th day of October, 1996.
