BY-LAW NO. 4839/96
Being a by-law to dedicate that part of Block 16, Plan
40M-1653, Pickering, designated as Part 5, Plan 40R-
15308, as public highway (Fiddlers Court; LD 46/93)
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of that part of Block 16, Plan 40M-
1653, Pickering, designated as Part 5, Plan 40R-15308 and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That part of Block 16, Plan 40M-1653, Pickering, designated as Part 5, Plan 40R-15308 is
hereby dedicated as public highway (Fiddlers Court).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 6th day of August, 1996.
