BY-LAW NO. 4831/96
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 25, Plan 40M-1538,
Pickering, as public highway (Acorn Lane)
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 25, Plan 40M-1538,
Pickering, and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corpormion of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Block 25, Plan 40M-1538, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Acorn Lane).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 6th day of August, 1996.
