BY-LAW NO. 4513/90
Being a by-law to dedicate that part of Block M-I, Plan
M-1059, Picketing, designated as Par! 3, Plan 40R-
16879 (Parkside Drive) as public highway (LD 222/95).
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of that part of Block M-I, Plan
M-1059, Pickering, designated as Part 3, Plan 40R-16879 and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That part of Block M-l, Plan M-1059, Pickering designated as Part 3, Plan 40R-16879 is hereby
dedicated as public highway (Parkside Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 24th day of June, 1996.
