Being a by-law to dedicate that part of Lot l I, Plan 282,
Pickering, designated as Part 48, Plan 40R-11205
(Oakburn StreeO as public highway (LD 248/95)
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of that part of Lot 11, Plan 282,
Picketing, designated as Part 48, Plan 40R-11205 (Oakbum Street) and wishes to dedicate it as public
highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That part of Lot 11, Plan 282, Pickering, designated as Part 48, Plan 40R-11205 is hereby
dedicated as public highway (Oakbum Street).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 17th day of June, 1996.
