BY-LAW NO. 4797/96
Being a by-law to dedicate those parts of Lot 28, Range
3, B.~ C., Pickering, designated as Parts 4, 9, 10 and 11,
Plan 40R-650, as public highway (Eyer Drive).
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of those parts of Lot 28, Range 3,
B.F.C., Pickering, designated as Parts 4, 9, 10 and 11, Plan 40R-650, and wishes to dedicate them as
public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That those parts of Lot 28, Range 3, B.F.C., Pickering, designated as Parts 4, 9, 10 and 11, Plan
40R-650, are hereby dedicated as public highway (Eyer Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 17th day of June, 1996.
