HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 4771/96 THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING By-LAW NO. 4771/96 Being a by-law to amend By-law 2359/87 regulating parking, standing and stopping on highways and on private and municipal property. WHEREAS, pursuant to the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter M.45, sections 218.52, 210.73, 210.124-126, 210.131, 310, 314.7 and 314.8, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering enacted By-Law 2359/87 regulating parking, standing and stopping on highways and on private and municipal property; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. Schedule A to By-law 2359/87, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto the following items: ~ $icle Between/And Prohibited Times and Day~ Pebblestone Crescent North and East 38 metres west of Maple 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Ridge Drive and 103 metres Monday to Friday west of Maple Ridge Drive Eyer Drive West Oklahoma Drive and 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Hampton Court Monday to Friday 2. This By-Law shall not come into force unless it is approved by the Council of the Regional Municipality of Durham pursuant to the Regional Municipalities Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter R. 8, section 34. BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 6th day of May, 1996.
