BY-LAW NO. 4762/96
Being a by-law to dedicate that part of Lot 31, Concession
1, Pickering, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-15756, as
public highway (Rosebank Road).
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner part of Lot 31, Concession 1,
Picketing, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-15756 and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Part Lot 31, Concession 1, Pickering, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-15756, is hereby dedicated
as public highway (Rosebank Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 15th day of April, 1996.
