BY-LAW NUMBER 4759/96
Being a by-law to amend By-law 3680/91 to
provide for the establishment, maintenance
and operation of certain community
recreation centres within the Town of
Picketing.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing enacted By-law
Number 3680/91 on March 18, 1991 to provide for the establishment, maintenance and
operation of certain community recreation centres within the Town of Pickering; and
WHEREAS by resolution passed on Februa~ 19, 1996 the Council directed the Town
Clerk to prepare a by-law to provide for the change of name of Pinecreek Park to the
David Farr Memorial Park;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing hereby
enacts as follows:
I. Schedule "A" attached to By-law 3680/91 is hereby amended by deleting
therefrom the following:
PART 4 - NEIGHBOURHOQD PARK~
NAMI~ LQCATIQN
Pinecreek Park Block W, Plan M-1039
and substituting therefore the following:
PART 4 - N'EIGHBOURHOQD PARK~
NAME LOCATION
David Farr Memotiai Park Block W, Plan M-1039
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 1st day of April, 1996.
