BY-LAW NO. 4754/96
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Release
and Discharge of the Subdivision Agreement respecting
Lots 8-37, inclusive, Plan 40M-1507, Picketing.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.13, section 51, or a predecessor
thereof, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering and Danlu Holdings Limited and Perdanco Holdings
Ltd. and Inperdel Holdings Limited entered into an Agreement dated August 4, 1987, Notice of which
was registered on December 22, 1987 as Instrument No. LT365116, respecting the subdivision and
development of Lots 8-37, inclusive, Plan 40M-1507, Picketing; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of that Agreement, insofar as it affects those lands, have been
complied with to the satisfaction of the Town;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Release and Discharge, in the form
attached hereto as Schedule A, of the Agreement dated August 4, 1987, Notice of which was
registered December 22, 1987 as Instrument No. LT365116, between Danlu Holdings Limited
and Perdanco Holdings Ltd. and Inperdel Holdings Limited and The Corporation of the Town of
Pickering, respecting the subdivision and development of Lots 8-37, inclusive, Plan 40M-1507,
Pickering.
2. Schedule A attached hereto forms part of this By-law.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 18th day of March, 1996.

Schedule A
RELEASE AND DISCHARGE
WHEREAS, the Agreement dated August 4, 1987, Notice of which was registered on December 22,
1987, in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Durham (No. 40) as Instrument No.
LT365116, between,
DANLU HOLDINGS LIMITED and
PERDANCO HOLDINGS LTD. and
INPERDEL HOLDINGS LIMITED
hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Company"
and
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
hereinafter referred to as the "Town",
provided for the subdivision and development of lands affected hereby; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of that Agreement have been complied with to the satisfaction of
the Town with respect to the lands affected hereby;
THE TOWN HEREBY remises, releases and forever discharges the Company, its successors and
assigns, from any and all liabilities, actions, causes of action, debts, claims or demands of any kind
whatsoever which the Company may have been, is, or may become subject to pursuant to the provisions
of the Agreement.
THIS RELEASE AND DISCHARGE affects the lands described as:
Lots 8-37, inclusive, Plan 40M-1507, Picketing.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Town has hereunto affixed its corporate seal, attested to by its properly
authorized officers.
