BY-LAW NO. 4748/96
Being a by-law to dedicate that part of the road
allowance between Lots 2 and 3, Concession 7,
Pickering, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-16764 and
that part of Lot 3, Concession 7, Pickering, designated as
Part 5, Plan 40R-16008.
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of that part of the road allowance
between Lots 2 and 3, Concession 7, Picketing, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-16764 and that part of
Lot 3, Concession 7, Pickering, designated as Part 5, Plan 40R-16008 and wishes to dedicate them as
public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That part of the road allowance between Lots 2 and 3, Concession 7, Pickering (Part 1, Plan 40R-
16764), is hereby dedicated as public highway (Sideline 2).
2. That part of Lot 3, Concession 7, Pickering, (Part 5, Plan 40R-16008), is hereby dedicated as
public highway (Sideline 2).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 18th day of March, ! 996.
