BY-LAW NUMBER 4744/96
B~ing a by-law to amand By-law 4547/94 to appoint p~rsons
to various agencies, boards and committees of the Town of
Pickering.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering enacted By-law
4547/94 on December 19, 1994 to appoint Members of Council and citizens to various
agencies, boards and committees under the jurisdiction of the Town of Pickering; and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend that By-law to provide replacements for
Councillor Farr on various agencies, boards and committees;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering hereby
enacts as follows:
1. Section 1 of By-law 4547/94 is hereby deleted and the following is substituted
therefore:

Councillor Brenner l~om December 1, 1994 to May 31, 1996
Councillor lohnson f~om lune 1, 1996 to November 30, 1997
2. Se~ion 13 of the said By-law regarding the Personnel Committee is hereby
amended by deleting '`councillor Fart to November 30, 1997" and substituting
therefore '`coundfllor Pistritto to November 30, 1997".
3. Section 17 of the said By-law regarding the Picketing Transit Citizens' Advisory
Committee is hereby amended by deleting "Councillor Fair to November 30,
1997" and substituting therefore ''Councillor Dickerson to November 30, 1997".
4. Section 19 of the said By-law regarding the Public Library Board is hereby
amended by deleting ''Councillor Fair to November 30, 1997" and substituting
therefore ''Counc'fllor Dickerson to November 30, 1997"
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 4th day of March, 1996.
