BY-LAW NO. 5395/98
Being a by-law to dedicate that part of Lot 11, Plan 505,
Pickering designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-16152; that
part of Lot 12, Plan 505, Pick.ring designated as Part 1,
Plan 40R-15461 and that part of Lot 13, Plan 505,
Pick.ring designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-15419, as
public highway (Rosebank Road).
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of that part of Lot 11, Plan 505,
Picketing designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-16152; that part of Lot 12, Plan 505, Picketing designated as
Part 1, Plan 40R-15461 and that part of Lot 13, Plan 505, Picketing, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-
15419 and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:

that part of Lot 11, Plan 505, Picketing designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-16152, is hereby
dedicated as public highway (Rosebank Road);
that part of Lot 12, Plan 505, Picketing designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-15461, is hereby
dedicated as public highway (Rosebank Road);
that part of Lot 13, Plan 505, Picketing designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-15419, is hereby
dedicated as public highway (Rosebank Road).
By-law 4625/95 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 5th day of October, 1998.
