BY-LAW NO. 5386/98
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2366/87 designating
through highways.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Highway Traffic, R.S.O. 1990, chapter H.8, section 1(1), the Council of The
Corporation of the Town of Pickering enacted By-law 2366/87 designating certain highways within the
Town as through highways;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
Schedule A to By-law 2366/87, as amended, is hereby further amended by deleting thereto the
following items:
Column I. Column II

Rambleberry Avenue Dixie Road North Terminus of
Rambleberry Avenue
Schedule A to By-law 2366/87, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto the
following items

Highway From To
Rambleberry Avenue Dixie Road Rambleberry Avenue
This By-law shall not come into force unless it is approved by the Council of The Regional
Municipality of Durham pursuant to the Regional Municipalities Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter R. 8,
section 34.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 22nd day of September, 1998.
