BY-LAW NO. 5360/98
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 142 and 143, Plan
40M-1875, Pickering as public highway (Rosebank
Road).
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Blocks 142 and 143, Plan 40M-
1875, Pickering, and wishes to dedicate them as public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
Blocks 142 and 143, Plan 40M-1875, Picketing, are hereby dedicated as public highway
(Rosebank Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 4th day of August, 1998.
