BY-LAW NO. 5358/98
Being a by-law to repeal By-law Number 4926/97
to appoint Inga Berrey as an Acting Treasurer-
Collector.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering enacted By-law Number
4926/97 on February 10, 1997 to appoint Inga Berrey as an Acting Treasurer-Collector; and
WHEREAS Inga Berrey will be ceasing active employment with the Town of Pickering on
August 14, 1998;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-law Number 4926/97 is hereby repealed.
2. This By-law will take effect on August 14, 1998.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 4th day of August, 1998.
