BY-LAW NUMBER 5'3 5 4/9 8
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of the Lease Agreement
between the Corporation of the Town of Pickering and the Corporation
of the Town of Cobourg respecting the use of three leased vehicles by
Picketing Transit.
WHEREAS Picketing Council has previously approved 1998 operating funding for the leasing of
conventional transit vehicles by Picketing transit; and
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Cobourg has supplied a Lease Agreement that meets
with the approval of the General Manager;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF TI-IE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
That Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the Agreemewnt between the
Corporation of the Town of Picketing and the Corporation of the Town of Cobourg in the form
attached hereto.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 4th day of August, 1998.
