BY-LAW NO. 5345/98
Being a by-law to authorize the acquisition of Lot 19,
Plan 819, Pickering, designated as Part 11, Plan RD-
147.
WHEREAS, pursuant to section 191 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter M.45, the Council of
The Corporation of the Town of Picketing may pass by-laws for acquiring lands and;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
The Corporation of the Town of Picketing shall purchase from the Estate of Joseph and Mary
Collins Lot 19, Plan 819, Picketing, designated as Part 11, Plan RD-147, for the sum of
$2,164.50.
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute all necessary documentation respecting
the acquisition of Lot 19, Plan 819, Picketing, designated as Part 11, Plan RD-147.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 22nd day of June, 1998.
