BY-LAW NO. 5340/98
Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By-laws 5057/97,
5089/97, 5109/97, 5133/97 and 5155/97 respecting Lots 14,
15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29and30,
Plan 40M-1877, Pickering
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13,
the council of a municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-laws 5057/97, 5089/97, 5109/97, 5133/97 and 5155/97 are hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 22nd day of June, 1998.
