BY-LAW NO. 5328/98
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 25, Plan 40M-1916,
Picketing (Fairport Road) as public highway.
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Block 25, Plan 40M-1916,
Picketing, and wishes to dedicate it as public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Block 25, Plan 40M-1916, Picketing, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Fairport Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 15th day of June, 1998.
