BY-LAW NO. 5320/98
Being a by-law to amend By-law 5179/97 appointing
persons to various agencies, boards and committees.
WHEREAS By-law 5179/97, enacted by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing
on December 22nd, 1997, appointed persons to various agencies, boards and committees; and
WHEREAS a represemative of Durhan Nuclear Awareness (DNA) was not appointed to the
Pickering/Ontario Hydro Liaison Committee at that time; and
WHEREAS a request has now been received f~om Durham Nuclear Awareness (DNA) requesting
a representative be appointed to this Committee;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
That By-law 5179/97 be amended by adding the following person as a represemative of
Durham Nuclear Awareness (DNA) to the Pickering/Ontario Hydro Liaison Committee
for a term to expire on November 30, 2000:
Karen Paul
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 1st day of June, 1998.
