BY-LAW NO. 5317/98
Being a by-law to amend By-law 5183/97 establishing
Instalment Due Dates for the 1998 Interim and Final
Levy.
WHEREAS By-law 5183/97, enacted by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
on December 22nd, 1997, establishes instalment due dates for the 1998 Interim and Final Levy;
and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend By-law 5183/97 to delete the Final Levy due dates;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
That Paragraph 7 of By-law 5183/97 be amended by deleting the Final Tax Notice Due
Dates of June 25, 1998 and September 25, 1998.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 1st day of June, 1998.
