BY-LAW NO. 5307/98
Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By-laws 2222/86
and 2232/86 respecting Lots 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, 79, 80, 81,
82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87 and Lots 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, Plan
40M-1380, Pickering.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13,
the council of a municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-laws 2222/86 and 2232/86 are hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of May, 1998.
