BY-LAW NO. 5304/98
Being a by-law to dedicate Lot 61, Plan M-90, Pickering
(Fairview Avenue) as public highway.
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Lot 61, Plan M-90, Pickering,
and wishes to dedicate it as public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Lot 61, Plan M-90, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Fairview Avenue).
This by-law shall not come into effect until it is approved by the Minister of Municipal Affairs
pursuant to subsection 305(2) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. M.45
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of May, 1998.
