BY-LAW NO. 5296/98
Being a by-law to change the name of a certain street, or
portions thereof (Bayview Street).
WHEREAS pursuant to section 210.111 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter M.45, the council of a local
municipality may pass by-laws for giving names to or changing the names of highways on public property;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Bayview Avenue, Plan M-917, Pickering is hereby renamed Bayview Street.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of April, 1998.
