BY-LAW 5295/98
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Transfer of
Easement across Block 20, Plan 40M-1887, from The
Corporation of the Town of Pickering to Bell Canada.
WHEREAS, the Subdivision Agreement herein requires that the developer install certain
services;
AND WHEREAS, Bell Canada requires an easement, for the purpose of installing the cables
necessary to provide telephone service to the residents, across Block 20, Plan 40M-1887, which
block is owned by the Town;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Transfer of Easement in the
form attached hereto as Schedule A from The Corporation of the Town of Picketing to
Bell Canada over that part of Block 20, Plan 40M-1887, Picketing, designated as Part 1,
Plan 40R-XXXX.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of April, 1998.
