BY-LAW NO. 5291,/9.8
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 55, Plan 40M-1866,
Pickering (Mountain Ash Drive) as public highway.
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 55, Plan 40M-1866,
Pickering, and wishes to dedicate it as soon as public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
Block 55, Plan 40M-1866 Picketing, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Mountain Ash
Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of April, 1998.
