BY-LAW NO. 5 2 8 2/9 8
Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By-laws 4419/94,
4446/94, 4496/94 and 4868/96, respecting Lots 38, 39, 40, 41,
42, 43, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 54 and 55, Plan 40M-1507,
Pickering.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13,
the council of a municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-laws 4419/94, 4446/94, 4496/94 and 4868/96 are hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of April, 1998.
