BY-LAW NO. 5279/9 8
Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By-laws 4461/94
and 5074/97, respecting Lot 5 and Block 28, Plan 4OM-1730,
Pickering.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13,
the council of a municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-laws 4461/94 and 5074/97 are hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of April, 1998.
