Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By-laws 4323/93,
4333/93 and 4368/93, respecting Lots 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25,
26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48,
49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78,
79, 80, 81 and 82, Plan 4OM-1735, Pickering.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13,
the council of a municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-laws 4323/93, 4333/93 and 4368/93 are hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of April, 1998.
