Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By-law 3906/91,
respecting Lots 10, 11, 12, 13, 20, 21, 22, 75, 76, 77, 78 and 79
and Blocks 96, 97, 98, 99 and 100, Plan 40M-1664, Pickering.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13,
the council of a municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-law 3906/91 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of April, 1998.
