BY-LAW NO. 5270/98
Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By-laws 3741/91,
3799/91, 3867/91, 4206/93 and 4276/93, respecting Lots 18,
19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31 and 33, Plan
40M-1643, Pickering.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13,
the council of a municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-laws 3741/91, 3799/91, 3867/91, 4206/93 and 4276/93 are hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of April, 1998.
