BY-LAW NO. 5260/98
Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By-laws 2906/88,
2944/88 and2950~88, respecting Lots 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13,
14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30,
31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39 and 40, Plan 40M-1511,

WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13,
the council of a municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-laws 2906/88, 2944/88 and 2950/88 are hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of April, 1998.
